Wiki Infusion Question

Good Morning,
I am curious for clarification on CPT 96365, 96366 & 96367. It is our understanding that you charge as follows:
16-90 minute infusion, charge 96365
91-120 minutes infusion same drug, same day, charge 96366

Question is: IF a NEW drug on the same day is started in the same IV, do we charge 96367 starting at 16 minutes or 31 minutes?

It's based on the amount of time the new drug is given, not the total time of the entire infusion. So, 96367 is for the up to one hour of infusion after the start time of the NEW drug. It's easier to picture with actual start and stop times.
