My client has started new Infusion Center. Nurse has provided the following services.

1. Vancomycin 1.5 gram each for 2 days
2. Bodyguard 323 daily use
3. Maintenance of pump at Infusion
4. 1 hr and 45 mins.
5. PICC line dressing change (include picc dressing kit, bio patch).


This is what I thought to bill

1. J3370 6 units
2. ????
3. 96521
4. 96365 and 96366
5. ????

Experts, please help me to code these services correctly.

Thanks. Yes you are right, but per my knowledge we cannot bill supplies for professional services. Please correct me if I am wrong.

So should I only use 4 codes to bill?
J7330, 96365, 96366 and 96521.
