Hi everyone
I was asked to reach out to other gastro coders who do infusion coding. What infusion codes (for Entyvio) are you using, and getting paid for, when billing Medicare and United? We were billing 964130 and 96415, but we were being told to change it to 96365 and 96366, but we are still having difficulty getting paid. We are wondering how you bill and if you are getting paid.
