Wiki Ingestion Challenge/Allergy

If the allergist is doing a soy ingestion challenge (CPT 95075) over a 3 hour period of time, does he only bill that code once? The provider is wanting to bill the code for "each" time an ingestion of soy is given. Thanks.

Unfortunately it is only billable once per date/encounter, regardless of how long the patient is there and how many times the the substance is given.
