Ingestion of sewage Dx?

Patient comes in urgent care w vomiting, joint, back pain, stomach pain. He had siphoned sewage tank w his mouth at his home. His Dx is sirs wo organ failure, leg pain, abd pain, vomiting. What Dx would you use for ingestion sewage not accident? Thanks for help.
 
With ICD 9 CM codes, we can code only 977.8, all manifestations and E980.4 for this scenario, since sewage is a chemical substance and if intaken will lead to poisoning per my thought process.

Any more ideas can be appreciated.
