I need some advice with ingrown nail.

My provider performed a partial removal of nail both great toes. Code used is 11750; what modifier could be applied?


Location:
Foot: R big toe (Right & left big toes)
Pre-procedure details:
Skin preparation: Betadine
Preparation: Patient was prepped and draped in the usual sterile fashion
Anesthesia (see MAR for exact dosages):
Anesthesia method: Local infiltration
Local anesthetic: Lidocaine 1% w/o epi
Nail Removal:
Nail removed: Partial
Nail side: Medial
Ingrown nail:
Wedge excision of skin: yes
Nail matrix removed or ablated: Partial
Post-procedure details:
Dressing: 4x4 sterile gauze and tube gauze
Patient tolerance of procedure: Tolerated well, no immediate complications
Comments:
Applied silver nitrate applied to both great toe nailbeds.
