On AAPC, it say A is for "active Tx" well most MBH patients have been on medication for many years so what is considered "active" Tx in this scenerio? D is for the "recovery process" do MBH patients ever really "recover"? What if they patient is seen at the ED several days in a row then finally admittted? Or perhaps even patient is admitted for Tx and d/c then comes back the day after d/c for SA?
