Wiki Injectables and the FB modifier

We are administering certain injectable drugs in office and are struggling with the billing. It was my impression that any J code should be billed with the appropriate administration code (in this case 96372). We ARE supposed to put the FB modifier on the J code and set it to $0.01 on the claim to denote that we are not to be reimbursed for the drug. Is this correct?

I would think that would depend upon what payor you are submitting to. They could have different rules. I would check with each one to see what they want individually.
