injecting 5fu to large Squamous cell carcinoma tumor

Patient has a softball sized Squamous cell carcinoma tumor on the forehead.

Provider injected 5fu to the tumor in hopes it will slow down the growth and also hope it will help make it fall off on its own or get smaller over time with repeated injections of 5fu.

Is this coded as malignant destruction 17*** or 96405 chemotherapy injection?
