Looking for clarification on billing for a colonoscopy when a snare, saline injection and then a clip is placed. Does anyone know for sure how this should be done?? I've done alot of research and everything I find is confusing. It is my understanding that I should be able to bill 45381 and 45382 with the 45385, but i'm also getting conflicting information. Has anyone come across this before? Please help..... :confused:
 
If the polypectomy caused the bleed, you cannot charge for control of bleeding.
