We have a 3 physician urology office. We had a pt come in for a testosterone injection which are always given by a nurse. However, this time the pt came in the pts normal physicans was not on site to surpervise. There was another physician available though. Does anyone know if we can bill the injection under their regular physician or do we have to bill under the physician that is on site supervising? Thanks
