Struggling with coding the CPT admin codes. New to coding injections/infusions.

A patient came into the emergency department and was examined and discovered to have a urinary calculus and dehydration. Fluids were started at 6:00 p.m. Pain medication was given by IV push at 6:15 p.m., and an antibiotic injection was given IM at 6:20 p.m. The patient was still in pain at 7:00 p.m., so an infusion of a new pain medication was started at 7:15 p.m. and stopped at 7:45 p.m. At 8:00 p.m. fluids were stopped, the patient felt better, and he was discharged home
