Injection into masseter

I have a doctor who injected lidocaine into the masseter muscle bilaterally for pain. Pt has masseter hypertrohy and pain. What code would be used to code this?
He is also looking at injecting botox into the masseter muscles bilaterally...would this be the same code?:confused:
