Our dr is adding this in all of her surgeries but I cannot find a good code for this? Has anyone used this before or do you know if it is included in the surgery? It seems like it should be separate? Any direction or help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

I also have a provider who is wanting to perform this on a patient tomorrow- I have no idea the codes. I have searched and come up with nothing except 0232T for PRP??? Help!
 
I spoke to the company Amnio Technology and was told the code for the injection is 96372 and the product code if your office is purchasing is Q4174.
