I have an outpatient case in which a patient got a steroid injection into the symphysis pubis for osteitis pubis (using fluoroscopy guidance.) Lidocaine was also injected into the aponeurosis as it was being withdrawn. The patients complaint was pelvic pain. Does anyone know what CPT code would be appropriate?
