I am having trouble figuring out how many units should be billed. Can anyone help with this?
This totaled 0.8 cc of dexamethasone, 20mg/ml.

The patient was positioned upright in the clinic chair. The nose was prepared for laryngoscopy with 4% lidocaine and oxymetazoline solution. The anterior neck was prepped with alcohol then injected over the thyrohyoid space and cricothyroid space with 1% lidocaine with 1:100,000 epinephrine solution. A 23G needle was advanced through the cricothyroid space, where 1cc of 4% lidocaine was injected into the airway. This was repeated one more time. The flexible scope was introduced through the nose. The needle was then introduced through the thyrohyoid space and visualized via the flexible scope. 4% lidocaine was dripped directly into the airway. Next, a doubly bent 25G needle was connected to the Juvederm syringe. This needle was advanced through the cricothyroid space and visualized via the scope. The the needle 1st entered the left vocal fold via the infra glottic surface. I injected about 0.4cc of dexamethasone submucosally. I then moved to the right side. 0.4 cc of dexamethasone was injected submucosally. This totaled 0.8 cc of dexamethasone, 20mg/ml.
