Previously patients would bring in their medication from the pharmacy and our nurses would use office supplies (needles, syringe, etc) to draw up and give the medicine.
Now, a few patients are bringing their own medication, needle, and syringe and our nurses are drawing up and injecting the meds.

Not sure if it's appropriate to bill a nurse visit e/m 99211 or if we should be billing 96372 for the injection in some way.
Would appreciate any help! Thank you!
