general question.
patient is providing medication we are just doing the injection.
common practice has always been to just bill for the injection but do i also bill the j code? this is for pulm office administering nucala, fasenra, and xolair
 
No, if the patient is providing the medication then your office would not bill for this. Patient has already paid for the medication through whatever source they used to obtain the drug (ie: pharmacy, etc.).

It would be appropriate to bill for the injection administration.
