When billing for a physical can you also charge injections on the same day?
Example: sinus cocktail or pain shot (Tordol)

I have also been struggling with injections.
Patients would be coming in for buprenorphine injections to curb opioid cravings. They have a full visit going over their health and other issues.

I am struggling to figure out if I just bill E/M such as 99213 by itself.
or
If I should bill the 99213 alongside 96372 or H0020
or
If I need to bill H0020 with a case management code T1017 to reflect the rest of the appointment

It isn't keeping me up at night yet but I do worry and stress about it.
