does anyone know if the codes below can be billed seperate or if you have to bill with another procedure. if anyone has a link or somethign that i can go to as well.

These codes are on the ASC list. If the documention supports the procedure(s) being performed they can be done...{verify with the patients insurance carrier as well to see if an auth is needed and if they allow it. Also, if other procedures are performed at the same setting check the CCI edits with the other procedure codes.
