Does anyone on know if cpt codes are typically billed as a stand alone or billed with another non-pain related procedure

Typically an occipital nerve block or hypogastric plexus block would be stand alone treatment.

A suprascapular nerve block is typically performed standalone and there are NCCI issues with shoulder joint injections during the same encounter.

I didn't recognize 64430 and 64455, so can not comment on those.
