Hi, need to know wether I can bill for this or not. " Two 3.5 mm trocars were placed in the upper abdomen to facilitate exposure for the Laparaoscopic Repair of paraesophageal hernia ad Nissen fundopication". "The patient had a large left lobe of the liver which was flopping in the area of the GE junction".. "At this point, I did use the Harmonics scalpel to free up the left lobe of the liver from the diaphragm and in doing this toward the midline, there was significant bleeding from what was a large phrenic vein". Can I bill for this ?
