i am employed at a mental and behavioral health company which has to inpatient facilities one adult and one child. i was wondering does anyone have a chart auditing tool or some guidlines that i could possibly get my hands on..

i am going to be auditing inpatient mental and behavioral health charts for compliance.

Any help would be greatful
