Coding Manager
LOCATION:
Great metropolitan area of New Hampshire with easy access rural communities and city attractions.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Coding Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the coding department. In addition to their management responsibilities, perspective candidates will be responsible for training team members on ICD-10 changes. The coding manager will oversee the implementation of a new CDI program.
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's required; however, Bachelor's is preferred.
CCS Certification is required, but RHIT or RHIA is preferred.
ICD Trainer certification and previous experience with CDI Implementation is highly preferred
3-4 years of coding with an additional 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
SALARY:
$80,000 to $91,000 Annually
