Does anyone know if you can bill iv infusions on an inpatient chart?

Debra,
The fluids that are done during the patient stay on the chart itself so I would say facility

My confusion also is 96366?

An example if i have zithromax today 9-10 am = 96365 x 1

or 9-10:31 = 96365 x1 and 96366 x 1

but on my observation stay when pt admitted today and discarged tomorrow-

so today pt gets zithromax 9-10 am = 96365 x1 I know this for sure but pt

also gets it at 1-2pm today and 5-6pm today and 9-10 in the am before discharge? Can I bill 96366 for the

other 3 infusions when the 30 minutes beyond 1 hour is at different times of day?

Tell me what you think please?

Thanks
