Hello,
It has been some time, but I am interested in CMS regulations on appropriate billing of Hospital Inpatient billing in an overflow unit, e.g., ED.
Any guidance on the regulations would be greatly appreciated.
FYI: As many may be aware "logic"may not be accepted by many administrators, and specific regulation references are needed to support logical billing practices.
