There is a patient who was admitted to our hospital as an Inpatient. During this inpatient stay, the patient was physically brought to our dermatology office for a consultation. Our dermatology office shares the same Tax ID as the hospital. What Place of Service would I use for the office consultation? POS 21 or POS 11?

You use the POS of where the patient is registered as a patient which is not necessarily where the service was rendered. If the patient is a registered inpatient then the POS for all services is 21 not 11 even though the patient was brought to your office.
