MedKoder is hiring for a full time, inpatient/facility remote coding team leader. This person should have:
A minimum of an Associate?s Degree in HIM is required.
Successful completion of at least one AHIMA certified program with achievement of the correlating professional credential (RHIT, CCS, etc); active and in good standing, preferably a combination of two or more credentials.
ICD-10 Certified Trainer/Ambassador required and dual coding experience preferred
Minimum of three years of acute care facility based auditing experience with an additional three years of facility coding experience or a total of 6 years of facility coding experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role and/or account management experience preferred
