Wiki inpt rehab vs nursing facility cpt codes

I work in primary care and we see patients in the hospital. The hospital has a "rehab" unit which use to be a "skilled nursing" unit. Whenever it was a SNU patient I would use the nursing facility cpts 99305, 99308, etc. Now that the unit is considered rehab would it still be appropriate to use the same cpt codes as I have before OR do I just use the regular subsequent hospital visit codes like 99232, 99233, etc
