It is our understanding that Medicare just recently changed their reimbursement for INR Management as it pertains to review and interpretation of data (CPT codes/G codes). We currently use the HCPCS codes G0249 and G0250 but were just notified we may be able to use the CPT codes 93792 and 93793.... Is anyone else using these new codes and if so could you please give some feed back....

We are a multispecialty clinic who is NOT under the umbrealla of the hospital. When our patients come to the clinic to obtain their protime tests, we use 9373 + 85610. We have no problem getting these two service codes paid by any of our carriers.
