Does G0250 need to be a face-to-face encounter. According to the CMS guidelines https://www.cms.gov/Regulations-and-Guidance/Guidance/Transmittals/downloads/R1562CP.pdf it seems to me that it would need to be face-to-face because it states following the initiation of home INR monitoring. Please provide feedback if this can be billed as a telephone call. Thank you,
