I was wondering if I could ask a question regarding an insulin administration in ED.
I know that Insulin SQ should not be charged in ED because the Insulin SQ is considered a self administration drug. In my group we have a different opinion regarding Insulin IVP and IVPB administration charge. I was under the impression that Insulin should not be charged at all even though it was given as IVP or IVPB. I am trying to find any guidelines regarding Insulin IVP and IVPB administration charge.
