We have a patient who switch insurance first she had 6 visits with first insurance. we billed 59425... with her new insurance she was seen 8 times plus delivery and post partum . can we billed global to her new insurance?
 
bill 594262 for 7+ antepartum visit, and 59410 for vaginal delivery including post partum care.

Can you bill for 59425 and 59426 in the same pregnancy? I thought I read somewhere they could only be billed once per pregnancy? I'm fairly new to coding and I'm still trying to learn all the rules for these codes.
