Would this be considered an intermediate repair... Patient stepped on glass, x-ray shows foreign body, wound explored with copious irrigation under high pressure irrigation, no FB found. Another x-ray done still showing fb, wound explored again with serrated forceps and glass fragment removed. Laceration repaired with superficial interrupted sutures.

How deep was it? I'm thinking 28190-28193 which is removal of foreign body of foot. Id look at that first before you code as Intermediate (simple closure of heavily contaminated wound).
