Hello,
I'd love any feedback, would this be considered an intermediate or a complex closure?
Excision preauricular ulcerating lesion.
...A 3-0 Vicryl suture was used in the deep fascial layers, 4-0 Vicryl suture was used on the dermis and Steri-Strips were placed on top of the skin.
