Internal Mammary with LHC

I have been confused since they deleted the 93539 code for internal mammary. I used to bill that with a LHC when done. If my physician did a LHC with internal mammary but no bypass graft angio, do I just code the 93458?

If doctor is checking the IMA for potiental CABG then use CPT 93459 (Coronaries + LHC + Native/Bypass graft).
This is included in the work of 93459 to determine the viability of the IMA as a bypass graft. Codapedia has good article on this.
