If a patient has an EEG performed on one day and the physician does the interpretation on another, which date do you use on the professional claims?
 
The date the doctor read and dictated a report.

Your report has to match your bill. So it wouldn't matter if the technical component was 2 days prior, the technical and professional components don't have to be done at the same time.
