if buddy came in for a cardioversion, but was in sinus rhythm so no DCCV, BUT the cardiologist interrogated and reprogrammed his permanent pacemaker
How would this be coded?

i see that you have a lil 'CCC; beside the rest of your initials.... how long have you had that designation?
I'm prepping for the 'online' exam, and keep putting it off... how was it?

You're welcome :) I've had my CCC for approximately 12 years now. The exam was a little on the difficult side, but only because I'm not super strong in vascular coding. I highly recommend purchasing or getting access to some really good vascular diagrams for coding. These saved me!
