With the new codes for Stent placements, can we use PCI for Acute MI and the additional branch of a primary vessel without using the Base code?

Example 92941 and 92929 with correct modifers.

I know we will not be paid for the additional branches but would like to know
if this is correct to code.
My thinking is no but would like other coder's input.

Thank you in advance

Yes you can, 92941 is also a base code. Under the code in the cpt book see this (use 92929 in conjunction with 92928,92933,92937,92941,92943)

HTH :)
