Tell me about a time you made a mistake.
Describe a successful day of coding
Where do you see yourself in five years?
What did you like most about your last/current job?
Do you work better on a team or independently?
Tell me what you don't want to do in this position.
How would your co-workers describe you.
If I called your current boss, what would she say about your work?
How do you handle stress?
Tell me a story (I ask this one to see if people can think on their feet).
