Which code is correct??
202.80 or 202.83??
Any help please...
 
Here's my interpretation: If lymph nodes are involved 202.83 would be correct. If lymphoid tissue is involved 202.80 would be correct. The 5th digit 0 is defined as: unspecified site, extranodal and solid organ sites. Just to be clear extranodal means outside of node. Hope this helps.
