Hi,
I am coding a diagnositic laproscopy, ultrasound of the anterior abdominal wall (intraoperative), image guided steroid Depo Medrol injection of the anterior abdominal wall scar.

I have 49320 for diagnositic laproscopy
76998 for intraop ultrasound

? what is coded for the image guided injection of the scar?

I have never heard of this before and been unable to find anything from researching it.
