Can someone point me to official guidlines on Intra-operative X-rays with fracture care?

You didn't state what carrier you would like information, so I am including Medicare. So any carrier that follow Medicare global rules (United Healthcare).
Intraoperative x-rays during fracture care would be inclusive.
