Does anyone know how I would code this:

Dx: Intractable Keratoses medial bilater 2nd toe pip joint

Procedure: Partial condylectomy bilateral medial PIP joints 2nd toes

I am not very seasoned on hand and foot surgical coding If anyone can guide me I would appreciate it!

The senario what you have updated can be coded with 28124 - 50 or 28126 - 50.

Can you please provide the exact discription of the procedure in the record.

Thank you for the assistance!

Documentation Reads: "An Incision was made over the medial aspect of the toe PIP joint dorsal to the digital nerve. Dissection was carried down to the capsule and the capsule was elevated from the medial PIP joint using an osteotome. The medial aspect of the distal proximal phalanx and proximal middle phalanx were excised. Digital palpation revealed relief of the pressure. The wound was irriaged and closed with interruped 5-0 nylon."
