Wiki Intramedullary nailing of proximal Humerus?

I have a case where my doc did an IM nail for a proximal humerus fx. I am getting conflicting information on how to code this. Some are saying this is still 23615 and others say that this is actually 24515?
Can anyone offer any guidance on how this is supposed to be coded?

You can eliminate 24515 since the code specifically mentions plates & screws.
