Wiki intranasal lidocaine

Does anyone have any experience with intranasal lidocaine in conjunction with botox? I have a neurologist who wants to use CPT 64605 for admin of the lidocaine while using botox & i have no idea what it is or how to bill this. apparently it is a nasal applicator?

it is called sphenopalatine ganglion block which i have never heard of.
