Hi All.

Can anyone suggest a dx for the following?:confused:

OPERATIVE CHOLANGIOGRAM
Two C-arm films are submitted for review. C-arm technique severely
limits evaluation of the exam. Overlying artifact is identified.

Please refer to recent right upper quadrant ultrasound. Findings
consistent with overlying bowel gas is identified. Combining the 2
views submitted for review the visualized portions of the intra, as
well as extrahepatic biliary tree have an unremarkable appearance.
Contrast material is identified within the duodenum.
