Intraoperative DX

I am new to coding and I can't seem to understand the correct dx to use when an x ray is done during an intraoperative procedure. I have a Lumbar Xray being done during an intraoperative disk herniation repair. I am not sure which aftercare code should be used. Does anyone have any advice?
