Wiki Invalid diagnosis, need help please...DERMATOLOGY

Hello, I have a denial for invalid diagnosis code. But I'm having a hard time pinning down which one is invalid. They are as follows:

L24.9-Irritant contact dermatitis, unspecified case

L98.1-Factitial dermatitis

L90.5-Scar conditions and fibrosis of skin

D22.5-Melancytic nevi of trunk


I may be overlooking it, but none of these stand out to me, except the L98.1. But in this case, the intended diagnosis isn't "skin picking disorder" so the F42.4 wouldn't apply. Anyone else see something I'm not?

Either find out the cause or remove this item or place it in the fourth slot after the other specified Dx.
