I am new to IOM Coding and Reporting. Can anyone give insight on how to report the technical portion of the real-time?
Maybe I am not posing the question correctly. I want to make sure that we are billing 95940 correctly...any insight on billing this code is appreciated.

According to the code description, modifiers 26 and/or TC are not permitted with this code. I will need more specifics on the billing scenarios and denials in order to help,
